I woke up this morning around 3:45 or so. My Aunt Alicia came over to ask what day it was. She suffers from Alzheimers. I usually wake up at 4:30 am. No big deal. Sleep is gold. I have enough for today.

The bad news hit us hard. Urban from advertising passed away last night. He was in his late 20's. Diabetes and heart problems were his health issues. He was also on dialysis.

It really brings life into FOCUS. Life is short.  It is very delicate. We need to appreciate everything about it.
