My beloved chariot is feeling down! The dern car stalled on us on Monday!  It reminds me of the early 1990's when my dad's truck would find a way to have problems on pay week! Ouch!

I took it in to the mechanic's shop yesterday.  He gave it an inspection and found a hose busted. He fixed it and charged me $8.00. He said everything else was OK. 

I happily crossed the street and gassed up. I picked up some small snacks.

On the way home...the car was pulling...resistance...like it was hicoughing!

I made the decision to have my co-worker take me to work the next day. This would be DAY TWO of my loyal friend being my ride.

I decided not to take a chance and have it stall on me...and not having dough for a tow truck!

I will God-willing take the car in on Friday. It is one of my days off. I want the mechanic to drive it and assess the problem.

Let us hope it is not too expensive!
